Ochsner Pre-Apprenticeship Nursing Program

School-to-Career

Through the Ochsner Pre-Apprenticeship Program, your child will 

have multiple interactions with medical professionals both virtually and in person. The Program is open to Sophomore students who have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Completion of the Ochsner program will allow for students to begin the process of earning an LPN or RN degree from Delgado Community College. Upon graduation, students will be eligible to apply for the Ochsner Apprenticeship, which involves monetary compensation for tuition and part-time employment at full-time pay.
