FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Attention Parents/Guardians of the graduating class of 2025:
Click the link below to begin and prepare for the 2025-2026 FAFSA to opened on December 1st, 2024.
Step 1: Create your student & parent FSA IDs: Create your FSA ID
- To create an FSA ID, each person needs to go to studentaid.gov and click “Create Account” in the upper right-hand corner. The application is available in English and Spanish.
- Determine if or which parent is considered a Contributor for the FAFSA.
- Each person will need the following:
- Full name and social security number as they appear on social security card(if applicable)
- Date of birth
- Valid email address and phone number
- Immediate access to your email account
- Your residential address
- Please note: If you have a sibling who attended college before you, your parent or guardian may already have an FSA ID.
- Each person will need the following:
- FSA ID WorkSheet
Step 2: Complete your 25-26 FAFSA beginning on December 1st, 2024 at Apply for FAFSA
- The FAFSA is FREE. Never pay to apply.
- The 2024-2025 FAFSA is a new application, so details and new information will be announced as we receive updates from FAFSA.
