ASVAB

The ASVAB is given at HHS twice a year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring. The dates for this school year are October 6, 2025 and February 6, 2026.To sign up for the Spring ASVAB, please complete this form.

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is a comprehensive career exploration and planning program that includes the most widely used multiple-aptitude test battery in the world. The Program also offers an interest inventory and other activities designed to help students explore the world of work and gain confidence in making career decisions.

The ASVAB Program is aimed at students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades, as well as students in postsecondary schools. Results of the aptitude test and the interest inventory enable students to evaluate their skills, estimate their performance in academic and vocational endeavors, and identify potentially satisfying careers.

Eighty-three percent of students who take the ASVAB CEP are not interested in joining the military. In fact, 96% of students who participate say the ASVAB CEP helped them plan for their future. Whether you’re planning on college, technical school, the military, or you are just not sure yet, the ASVAB CEP can put you on the right path toward finding a career that’s right for you. For more information, please visit the ASVAB website.

WorkKeys Assessments are Recognized

Successful completion of WorkKeys core assessments can lead to earning an ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate™ (ACT WorkKeys NCRC®)—a credential that verifies the skills found to be most essential across industries and occupations.
