Ms. Victoria Preau

My 20-year journey in education began in Texas teaching high school English.  Upon relocating to New Orleans, I joined St. Charles Parish Public Schools and continued teaching high school English at Destrehan High.  After teaching at Destrehan, I became an Assistant Principal.  I have worked in this capacity for the past 13 years. This will be my fifth year as an Assistant Principal at Hahnville High School. 

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. In addition to gaining a degree, I competed as a Division 1 athlete as a member of the Track and Field team. I added my teaching certificate at the University of Texas at Arlington and in 2008 I was fortunate to be selected as a Louisiana Leader Fellow.   This program allowed me to complete my Masters in Educational Leadership in 2009.  

Excitement awaits as we begin this school year and I look forward to a successful year: Fierce, Noble, Strong, Together!
